How we handle reviews
Reviews should describe real experiences, not manufacture a reputation.
Genuine feedback only
We do not write or commission fake customer reviews. We do not buy reviews, offer rewards or discounts in exchange for them, or seek reviews from people with a conflict of interest. Requests for feedback are neutral: positive and critical experiences are both welcome.
Checks before publication
Before a testimonial is published here, we check its original source, relevant job or service evidence, date, attribution and permission to reproduce it. An invoice can help confirm an experience, but is not demanded as the only possible evidence. Unverified comments remain unpublished while enquiries are made.
We preserve the customer’s meaning, identify any excerpt and make necessary privacy redactions clear. Testimonials on this site are labelled as a selection; we do not present selected comments as all feedback or as a current Google rating. Reviews relating to an earlier trading business must be attributed accurately, not silently assigned to this company.
Concerns and corrections

We check the source, investigate promptly and correct or remove content that is found to breach this policy, retaining a proportionate record of the decision. We do not suppress genuine criticism merely because it is unfavourable.
Publication permission is separate from the drainage service. Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled, and our complaints route remains available independently of any review.
